By accessing and using BibGen ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

BibGen is a web-based platform that allows users to:

• Upload participant data for race events
• Customize race bib designs with colors, logos, and branding
• Generate professional PDF race bibs for printing
• Download print-ready race bib files

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service to compete with us or develop competing services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your data to provide the Service
• Store your data temporarily for race bib generation
• Generate and deliver your race bib PDFs

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Service.

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to paid features, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method
• Understand that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BibGen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Force majeure events
• Updates and improvements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BibGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• You remain liable for any outstanding payments

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
