Can I create race bibs for free?

Yes. The free plan lets you create one event and fully design your bibs with custom colours, logos and participants. To export the finished bibs as a print-ready PDF you need a Basic or Pro plan.

How much does Bib-Gen cost?

Bib-Gen uses one-time pricing with no subscription. The free plan is for designing one event. Basic (€9, one-time) unlocks unlimited PDF exports for one event. Pro (€19, one-time) gives you unlimited events and exports.

What file format do I need for the participant list?

A CSV file with a column for bib numbers and a column for participant names. You can export a CSV from Excel, Google Sheets, or registration platforms like RaceResult and RunSignUp. You can also add participants by hand.

What size are the bibs and can I print them at home?

Bib-Gen outputs a print-ready PDF in A4 landscape with one bib per page, so it works with any standard home or office printer. For wet-weather events, print on waterproof synthetic paper or laminate the sheets.

Can I add my own logo and brand colours?

Yes. You can set the bar colour and the number and name colours, and add up to two logos — for example a club and a sponsor — to the top of every bib. Every change previews live, exactly as it will print.

Can I make personalised parkrun or milestone bibs?

Yes. Add each runner's name and a milestone or message to create personalised bibs for parkrun milestones, birthday runs, charity events and celebrations. Wear a custom bib over your official barcode, never instead of it.

Do I need any design skills?

No. Bib-Gen is built for organisers, not designers. You pick colours from a simple picker, drop in logos, and the layout is handled for you — what you see in the live preview is exactly what prints.

How is Bib-Gen different from Canva or a template?

A template or a tool like Canva makes you lay out each bib by hand. Bib-Gen generates a whole field of numbered, personalised bibs from a single CSV and gives you one print-ready PDF with a bib per page — no manual work per runner.
